Hotel turned out to be clean and the breakfast option was varied. Excellent restaurant served local specialties. Actually everything was cool, my next choice again in Kumamoto.

The breakfast was REASONABLE, varied with various local food. The location was particularly good and magnificent, for example, Shinshigai Shotengai was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. Plus, it was very close to shops, restaurants and castle and the main bus terminal and the center.

Convenient location, close to restaurants and tourist center. Breakfast was good with a wide selection of dishes. Room had a nice view, spacious bathroom, and a sizeable fridge. The hotel is beside the river, providing a lovely atmosphere. I would recommend this hotel for its value for money and enjoyable stay.

At the restaurant, the breakfast was savoury with ample of varieties. The hotel had a very central location and it was close to Shimotori...

We appreciated the complimentary treats in our room upon check-in and the free toiletries provided during our stay. The hotel's location was also ideal, being just a short walk away from the convenient tram stop and the bustling shopping arcade. One of the best aspects of our trip was being able to enjoy a late supper whenever we wanted with the abundance of nearby dining options.
The water pressure was far too strong and made it feel like we were being sprayed by several high-pressure jets all at once. our room appeared to be not as clean as we expected according to Japanese hygiene standards, with ventilation covered in dust and the room decor looking particularly worn out.

The hotel was located conveniently near a shopping street and public transportation. The rooms were spacious and contained useful amenities like a fridge and microwave. the staff members were friendly and quick to help with any issues.
The ventilation system was lacking, leading to a stuffy and uncomfortable sleeping environment. The coffee machine in the lobby was wasteful and inconvenient, and the hotel's policy of leaving the key at reception added an unnecessary logistical hurdle.

Great location near shopping, spacious bathroom with tub, comfy bed, nice river view, helpful staff, inexpensive breakfast buffet.
Not one thing.

We stumbled upon this hotel and were impressed by its location near a bustling shopping area and the serene riverside. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable. We had a minor issue with parking, but the front-desk staff quickly helped us resolve it. The breakfast spread was extensive with tasty options that included local dishes. The staff were friendly and made our stay more enjoyable.
Nothing, it is perfect.

We had an amazing stay in a hotel near the shopping and dining hub. We loved the bustling area and how close it was to the riverside. Our room was small but functional and clean. The staff was accommodating and helpful, even during an earthquake. Snacks were provided, and they kept us updated on the situation. The value-for-money room rate and location made our stay even more enjoyable. One minor issue was the dated equipment.
